La Nigeria con un gran numero numero di abitanti è il più popoloso paese dell’Africa. In Africa gli abitanti , di rito cattolico circsa 12%, accompagnano i riti religiosi con il suono dei tamburi, e la danza ed il canto durante la Messa. In Africa abbonda la polvere, che si alza ovunque e che copre in breve tempo ogni cosa. In questo paese i Salesiani si son dati molto da fare. Per il bene dei giovani formando centri di formazione attraverso l’educazione tecnico professionale nei centri salesiani in Nigeria di Ijebu Ode, Ondo, Onitsha ( ed in tutti i paesi africani ), dove è possibile frequentare corsi di saldatura, meccanica auto, elettronica e informatica. E' un primo passo importante per creare le condizioni di lavoro in loco affinchè i giovani non considerino più l’emigrazione come l’unica possibilità di futuro. In Nigeria ci sono molte imprese europee che cercano manodopera qualificata. I Salesiani hanno deciso di investire in questo progetto, confidando sempre nella Provvidenza, che mai fa mancare il suo aiuto quando la si invoca con fede.

Nigeria with a large number of inhabitants is the most populous country in Africa. For the good of young people by forming training centers through professional technical education in the Salesian centers in Nigeria of Ijebu Ode, Ondo, Onitsha (and in all African countries), where it is possible to attend courses in welding, car mechanics, electronics and information technology . It is an important first step to create local working conditions so that young people no longer consider emigration as the only possibility for the future. In Nigeria, there are many European companies that are looking for skilled labor. The Salesians have decided to invest in this project, always trusting in Providence, which never fails to help when it is invoked with faith.
